We are intentionally shipping the extension and website first, then expanding outward.

v0.0.0 became the first real release cut.
This is where LingoLens stopped feeling like a collection of experiments and started looking like a product we could actually ship and support.
- Production deploys and release-target extension builds were wired up.
- Auth and billing flows were tightened for production use.
- Admin tools landed so content and deck cards could be managed cleanly.
Web v0.2.1 opened up the account side of LingoLens.
The website became the home base for progress, subscriptions, flashcards, and all the pieces around the watch session that make the product feel complete.
- Dashboard and settings gave learners a place to manage their account.
- Stripe subscriptions and billing checks were added.
- Flashcard review, word sync, and admin editing got much more stable.
Extension v0.2.1 made the in-video learning flow smoother.
The extension got noticeably better at staying out of the way while still helping at the exact right moment inside YouTube.
- Subtitles got a jump-to-current-line shortcut and better follow behavior.
- Word status syncing and lemma handling were cleaned up.
- Caption and layout polish made long watching sessions feel more solid.
